Sibling Rivalry

Dear Miles and Chase,
Please do not CONSTANTLY fight over the same toy,
it is really annoying.
You have hundreds of carcasses, balls, ropes, and other toys
so why do you always both want the same stupid bone?
Why? It's not even really a toy???

I am not a referee.
My yoga mat is not a cushion for your hairy bodies.
You are brothers and grown dogmen, work it out yourself.

Love you both with all my heart,
but please stop annoying me,
Your Momma

P.S. Would it kill you to run a vacuum every now and then?
Your hair is out of control you wooly mammoths.

  1. Haha - this post totally cracks me up! I have two dogs myself and I'm living with my mom at the moment who also has two dogs and it's the same story in our house - they all want the same toy. In fact they had so destroyed one particular one that I had to throw it away yesterday and when I got out of the shower this morning my dog had "rescued" it from the trash. Apparently they were not done with that toy just yet!
I recently found your blog and just wanted you to know you are an inspiration to my attempts to run!

  2. This post made my day! So cute!!

Cb prefers my yoga mat too. He has to be up in my face when I stretch.
I wish he would stop creating herds of hair bunnies all over the place.

  3. Haha, this is too cute! Your pups are adorable! If you can figure out how to tell your pets that the yoga mat ISN'T their personal play area please let me know!

  4. YOU KNOW I LOVE THIS! Cooper wants to play!!!

  5. Hahaha, that sounds just like my house! My Pilates mat is covered in claw marks and one dog is always hiding behind me to get away from the other.

  6. This is nice place to share the view with each other. Keep the flow going on.

  7. Too cute!!!

I often find myself telling my cat fritz that he'd get a lot more tuna out of me if he started contributing to the chores!

  8. Hahaha! They're so cute! Our cats are obsessed with yoga mats too. They can't keep off of them.

  9. You are now prepared to have two children. Seriously. Except mine talk back :)

    Adorable post!
